PRICING
Here you can find the commissions prices and decide what's best according with your budget. For the ones looking for consultation and assistance for their apartments the cost is 1.2 million per hour.

Important notes:
• The prices are negotiable;
• You can either choose pay 50% of price before and the other 50% when it's done or full price up front.
• Not all the houses I've decorated are available for visitation due to owner request;
• I don't craft or buy exclusives exteriors, if you want to have a Paissa House (for example) you'll need add it as extra.
• If the commission changes drastically after I started working it'll be added a fee of 5million Gil per decorated floor;
• I'll start working on your house as soon as we set the theme and will also consult your opinions during the building process;
• Those values include the furnishings;
• Special Furnishing wIl be worked around your budget;
• Time completion will diversify depending on new alt creation or some odd event irl, but normally around 10 days to have it completly done (depending on the size can be less)
